Located in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, Nature Conservation Films is one of the leading companies for television wildlife productions and theatrically released wildlife films, and according to National Geographic, ranks in the top ten for wildlife programming. NCF has produced more than one-hundred-and-fifty wildlife specials, including ten feature length films. Although times have changed, NCF continues to practice the philosophy of founder Hugo Van Lawick, of filming by never interfering in the animals’ behavior, but rather, by capturing the essence of nature itself. Our films create story lines with the animals in their natural habitat, and through their natural behaviors.
